Vista: Finally up to speed

I just reinstalled my system with Vista SP1 and WOW is it finally "fast."  I am shocked.  I had actually applied all hot fixes & patches over the first 14 months of Vista's existence in hopes of getting simple things like file copies to be reasonably fast, and they never were. Now, they are.  Hallelujah.

FWIW I reinstalled (rather than just applying SP1) because I knew it was time for me to do some digital spring cleaning--get rid of the accumulated digitrash.  Took a day on my very complex system, but well worth it so far!
